Melissa Connelly, MSW, is the Program Manager for the San Francisco Human Services Agency’s South East Community Services Program. She manages the Placement Team, the Placement Assistance Response Team (PART), the Non-Court Family Maintenance Unit, the Court Office, and 3 Family Services Units. She has 21 years of experience in Child Welfare including 10 years with Contra Costa County Family and Children Services and 8 years with the California Social Work Education Center.
